Totem Tap is a Whack-A-Mole–style arcade game where you have to knock down totem poles that appear on the screen while simultaneously trying to dodge bombs. Keep in mind that missing a totem drains your life bar, but getting touched by a bomb kills you outright.
In some cases tapping a totem makes it release gems, and you should tap those, too, to pick them up. Use the gems to buy power-ups, and then use the power-ups to beat the hardest levels in the game or continue a game when it appears all is lost.
Totem Tap has 50 levels divided into 5 different worlds. As usual, though, when you start out you can only play the levels in the first world ... which admittedly can get a bit monotonous. There are 10 levels to beat before you can access the second world.
Totem Tap is an arcade game with a simple concept and a very fun gameplay. The only annoying thing about the game is that maybe there are too many levels in each world, but this can be forgiven in light of how gorgeous its graphics are.
